Information Imboxer processes

When you choose to connect a Google account, Imboxer processes only the information needed to prepare and complete the email migration you request. This may include:

• basic account information, such as your email address, display name, profile image, aliases, and available storage;
• Gmail information needed for migration, such as selected messages, message metadata, labels, message state, and mailbox counts; and
• the local archive, workspace, and migration status information needed to prepare, resume, and verify a migration.

Imboxer does not read the contents of your Google Drive files or browse other users in your organization.

How information is used

Google user data is used only to identify and validate the destination account, show migration readiness and progress, and transfer the messages, labels, and message state you choose to migrate.

Imboxer does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or marketing profiles, share it with data brokers, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Storage and sharing

The Imboxer desktop app processes Google user data on your computer. Google account information, authorization credentials, and migration records are stored locally on your device. They are not stored on Imboxer or Stealth Cartel servers.

When you start a migration, Imboxer sends the messages and related information you selected directly to the Google account you designate using encrypted connections to Google's APIs. Imboxer does not disclose Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Imboxer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your controls

Local Google account information, authorization credentials, and migration records remain on your device until you remove them. Your selected archive and Imboxer's local application data may be stored separately, so both must be removed to delete all locally retained data.

You can revoke Imboxer's Google access at any time from your Google Account third-party connections. Revocation stops future Google API access, but it does not delete local Imboxer data or messages already migrated to Gmail. You can manage migrated messages directly in Gmail. Website and preview-request information

When you request a preview, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, current email provider, approximate mailbox size, and migration goals. Formspree processes the form submission on our behalf, and our hosting and security providers may process limited technical data to operate the website.

We use this information to respond to you, evaluate preview requests, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell it. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed and may disclose it to service providers, when required by law, or to protect rights and security.

Security, requests, and contact

Imboxer uses Google's OAuth authorization flow and encrypted connections to Google's APIs. It does not ask for your Google password. You are responsible for securing your computer, local data, and backups; no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete website or preview-request information, subject to applicable law. We may update this policy as Imboxer evolves and will revise the date above when we do. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@imboxer.com.
